Does the chat widget use AI to reply?

No. The chat widget captures the lead and AI summarizes it for you, but the AI never sends replies on your behalf. You reply (or your team replies) from the unified inbox. We do not run agent-style fake conversations because customers can tell.

How does it work after hours?

Off-hours, the widget collects contact info and intent with a short form. You get a notification with the summary in your inbox. Customer gets an auto-response saying you will reply by the next business morning.

Can I customize the look?

Yes. Colors, brand voice in the auto-responses, business hours, away messages, and the launcher icon are all configurable. Default install takes 5 minutes.

What if I already have a chat widget?

We remove it during setup. Running two chat widgets simultaneously causes message routing chaos. Most clients are switching off Drift, Intercom, Tidio, or a generic Tawk install.
