Snack Club Marketing ("we", "us") is a Minneapolis-based marketing agency owned and operated by Joe Wallick. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website at snackclubmarketing.com (and subdomains including get.snackclubmarketing.com), and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form information, when you fill out a form on our site, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), current website URL (if provided), and the message you write.
- Analytics information, pages you visit, time on page, device type, browser, approximate location (city/region), and referral source. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for this. These services drop cookies on your browser.
- UTM parameters, if you arrive via a tracked ad or campaign link, we record the source, medium, and campaign so we know which marketing efforts are working.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries you submit through our forms.
- To understand which marketing channels send the highest-quality leads, and to optimize our advertising spend accordingly.
- To improve the content and structure of our site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share form submissions only with the services we use to operate the business:
- Google (Workspace email, Calendar, Analytics), for receiving and responding to inquiries.
- Meta (Facebook), for ad performance reporting via the Conversions API. Personal information (email, phone, name) is hashed (SHA-256) before being sent.
- Cal.com, if you book a call with us through Cal.com, your contact info is also stored with them.
- Vercel, our hosting provider, which stores server-side logs that may include IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
How long we keep it
We retain form submissions for as long as the business relationship is active, or up to 7 years after the last interaction if the relationship ends. Analytics data is retained per Google and Meta's default retention policies (typically 14-26 months).
Your rights
You can request that we delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email joe@snackclubmarketing.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will action it within 30 days.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to submit forms or read content on the site.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
