What does Snack Club do?
We run digital marketing for small businesses across the Twin Cities and beyond. Google Ads, SEO, paid social, web design, email, organic social. On top of that, we build proprietary AI tools (chat widgets, review automation, AI creative studio, client dashboards, unified inboxes) that plug into every retainer. The six tools we built ourselves are available as add-ons, with no third-party markup. Where a third-party tool is the right call (Klaviyo, Shopify, your CRM), you pay the vendor directly, not us at a markup.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Monthly retainers for the recurring work, scaled to scope and ad spend. Flat fees for builds (websites, Shopify, brand). Hourly for ad-hoc. We quote after the free audit, not before, because the right scope depends on what we find.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Every engagement uses a simple month-to-month services agreement, no 12-month lock-ins. If we're not earning the retainer, you can leave with 30 days' notice. Most clients stay 12+ months by choice, not by contract.
How is Snack Club different from other Minneapolis agencies?
Two things. First, we build our own software (the AI toolkit above) so you get capabilities other agencies require a separate Podium, Birdeye, or HubSpot subscription for. Realistic answer by channel: Google Ads can produce qualified leads in the first 1-2 weeks, with a 30-60 day learning phase to optimize. Paid social is similar but slightly slower. SEO is 90-180 days to meaningful organic traffic, longer for competitive terms. Website builds typically launch within 2-6 weeks. We'll tell you up front what's realistic for your goals.
Can you help my business get cited in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
Yes. AI Search Optimization (sometimes called GEO or AEO) is a real service we run. It involves structured data, source-quality content, citation building, and tracking which AI engines surface your brand. We tune for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. Most Minneapolis agencies aren't doing this yet, which is exactly why it works.

Yes, and it's one of our most-requested services. Local SEO includes Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup, review automation, local content (city service-area pages), and schema markup. Yes, always. We request manager-level access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile, but everything stays under your business name and ownership. Websites we build are yours. AI tools we host are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
