Available as an add-on

A review request that fires after every job. Routes 5-stars to Google.

The reviews flywheel without the manual labor. Triggered by your CRM, scheduler, or invoicing tool. Negative ratings stay private, positive ratings go straight to Google.

What it does

Four reasons this is part of every retainer.

01

Triggered by your real workflow.

Integrates with your CRM, scheduler, or invoicing tool. Customer finishes a job, gets a text 24 hours later. No "remember to send the review request" on your calendar.

02

5-star routing, 1-3 star privacy.

Happy customers get a direct Google review link. Unhappy customers get a private feedback form that comes straight to you. The bad reviews never hit Google.

03

Review velocity, not review volume.

Google ranks accounts that add reviews consistently, not accounts with a big static count. We send the request when the customer is most likely to leave a 5-star.

04

Built for service businesses.

HVAC, dental, chiro, contractor, lawyer, real estate. The same template works for each because the trigger is the same: a job ended and the customer was happy.

How you get it

Available as an add-on

Bundled with every Snack Club retainer. We quote the retainer after a free audit, scaled to scope, not based on the tool count.

Versus the alternatives

Why most agencies resell tools they did not build.

Podium

$300+/mo. Pays for a sales team, not a tool. We do the same, as an add-on.

Birdeye

Same pricing model as Podium. Same feature set. Same problem.

Manually asking

You will forget. Your team will forget. The customer cools off in 48 hours.

Review Automation FAQ

Does this work with my existing CRM or scheduler?

Yes. Triggered by Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Acuity, Cal.com, or a webhook from any tool that fires on job completion. If your tool has a webhook or an API, we can integrate.

How does the 1-3 star routing work?

Customer rates the experience in-app (in the SMS link). 5 stars get a direct Google review link. 1-4 stars get a private feedback form that comes straight to the owner. The low-star customer never gets routed to Google.

Is this against Google review guidelines?

No. Google explicitly allows you to request reviews from customers. What is not allowed is paying for reviews or filtering by sentiment in a way that misrepresents your business. Routing happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to private feedback is a standard practice that complies with the policy.

How long until I see ranking impact?

Review velocity moves the local pack within 30-60 days for most service businesses in moderate-competition cities. Bigger metros and high-competition categories take 90+ days.
