Snack Club Marketing ("we", "us") is a Minneapolis-based marketing agency owned and operated by Joe Wallick. These terms cover your use of snackclubmarketing.com and the free tools on it. They are not the agreement that governs paid client work. If we work together, a separate proposal and signed agreement covers that, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything here. Do not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people, do not try to reach parts of it that are not public, and do not use it to send unsolicited mail. We can change or remove anything on the site at any time.

The free tools

Some pages run free tools, including the AI Visibility Check and the website scan. Those tools are provided as is, with no warranty. They read public data, they can be wrong, they can be out of date, and a result is a starting point for a conversation rather than a professional opinion. Do not make a business decision on a tool result alone.

We keep what you submit to a tool so we can produce your result and improve the tool. Our Privacy Policy covers what we store and why.

Client work

Nothing on this website is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing here creates a client relationship. Prices shown are starting ranges. The scope, price, and timing of any engagement are set in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other outcome. Results shown on this site came from named clients in specific markets at a specific time, each one stated with its source, and yours will differ. Search engines, ad platforms, and AI assistants change their systems without notice, and we do not control them.

Our content

The writing, design, logos, code, and tools on this site belong to Snack Club Marketing. You may quote a reasonable portion with attribution and a link. Do not republish a page in full, and do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Anything you send us

If you send us a message, a file, or a testimonial, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to do the work you asked us to do. If you give us a testimonial or a review, we may quote it alongside your name and business.

Other sites and platforms

We link to other websites, and our tools connect to services we do not own, including Google, Meta, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or whether they are available.

Liability

This website and the free tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the free tools, and our total liability connected to this website is limited to one hundred dollars. This paragraph does not limit anything owed under a signed client agreement, which carries its own terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute connected to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
