AI Consulting & Automation · Minneapolis–St. Paul

Minneapolis AI consulting that gives your team its hours back.

Every business has work that eats the week: reports built by hand, the same thing typed into two systems, follow-ups that depend on memory. We find it, teach your team what AI can take off their plate, build the tools that do the rest, and keep them running.

How AI consulting saves a company your size time.

AI consulting is the work of finding the tasks in your business a tool could do, picking the right tool, and putting it in place. For a company with ten to two hundred people, the win is rarely a data science project. It is the three hours every week that go into a report, the afternoon lost re-typing orders, the calls missed because everyone was on a job.

Each of those is small on its own. Together they are a part-time job nobody hired for. It is not a slide deck about AI strategy, and it does not mean replacing the software your team already knows. Most of what we build connects the tools you already pay for.

The first step is always the same: we sit with the people doing the work, count where the hours go, and start with the task they would most like to never do again.

Where the hours go first

  • ✓ A weekly report somebody assembles by hand
  • ✓ Jobs or orders re-typed from one system into another
  • ✓ Lead follow-up that depends on someone remembering
  • ✓ Phone calls missed while the team is on a job
  • ✓ Monthly numbers pulled from four different logins
  • ✓ Ad spend nobody can tie to the work it booked

If one of these sounds like your week, it is a fit.

Four ways to work with us.

Start with the review. Add the rest as it earns its place. Already a marketing client? The review starts from the systems we are already inside.

01

AI Workflow Review

The first step, and a paid one. We sit with the people doing the work, map one to three workflows, and count the hours each one takes. You get a ranked list of fixes with a price on each, whether or not you hire us for the next step.

One-time · fixed fee
02

Team AI Session

Half a day with your team, on your own tools and your own work, role by role. Not a ChatGPT class. Everyone leaves with three things they will do differently on Monday, and the company keeps a one-page AI usage policy.

Half day · in person in the Twin Cities or over video
03

Custom builds

Reports that build themselves, systems that talk to each other, assistants that answer the phone. Quoted per build after the review, built on your accounts, tested with the people who will use it.

Per build · quoted after the review
04

AI Upkeep

Software changes and connections break. We watch what we built, fix it when it breaks, and hold a monthly office hour where your team brings the next task they want off their plate.

Monthly · flat, not hourly

Most companies start with the Kickstart: the review, the team session, and the first build together. The price for each step is given on the call, before any work starts.

What we build to give the hours back.

Six kinds of tools. Each one takes a task off a person's plate for good.

01

Reports that build themselves

Weekly sales, pipeline, and job reports pulled from your systems on a schedule and sent to the person who needs them. The morning they used to take comes back.

02

Systems that talk to each other

CRM to project tool, scheduling to ad platforms, forms to the inbox. Entered once, correct everywhere, and nobody re-types it.

03

One dashboard from several systems

Pipeline, people, and jobs on one screen, joined on the job number that already links them.

04

Booked work sent back to your ads

Jobs and deals go back to Google and Meta with a dollar value, so the ads chase revenue instead of phone calls.

05

AI phone answering and website chat

A line that answers, takes a message, and books the call while your team is on a job.

06

Follow-ups that send themselves

Review requests, reminders, and the second and third follow-up, out the door without anyone stopping what they are doing.

What we have already built.

These are in use today, at client companies and inside our own. Each one started as a task somebody was doing by hand every week, and each one gave that person part of the week back.

01

A weekly sales report that builds itself

The sales team at Lotus United used to put their Friday report together by hand from the CRM. Now it builds itself every Friday morning and is waiting in the inbox of the person who sends it.

02

One operations dashboard from two systems

Lotus United kept deals in a CRM and projects in a separate tool. We joined the two on the job number, so leadership sees pipeline, people, and jobs on one screen.

03

Booked jobs sent back to Google every morning

For Bob Boldt HVAC, every job booked in the scheduling system goes back to Google Ads with its dollar value. Google now bids on booked work instead of phone calls.

04

The software Snack Club runs on

Our client reports and the chat on this site run on tools we built for ourselves first. See the toolkit.

Five steps from the first call to a tool your team uses.

01

Call

You walk us through the task that eats your team's time. We tell you if a tool can do it, and what the review would cost.

02

Review

The paid first step. We map the work with the people doing it, count the hours, and price each fix.

03

Kickstart

Half a day with your team on your own tools, plus the first build. Everyone leaves with something off their plate.

04

Build

More builds as they earn their place, on your accounts, tested with the people who will use them.

05

Upkeep

We watch it all, fix what breaks, and take the next task at the monthly office hour.

It’s been genuinely refreshing to work directly with another business owner instead of navigating a large agency structure. There’s a level of practical understanding, communication, and flexibility that comes from someone who simply gets the realities of running and growing a business firsthand.

We've had a great experience working with Snack Club Marketing. As a boutique design and build agency, this was our first time investing in Google Ads, and they made the process smooth and successful.

Common questions about AI consulting.

What does an AI consultant do?

An AI consultant looks at how work moves through your business, finds the steps a tool could do, and tells you which ones are worth fixing. We also build the fix. Many consultants hand that part to someone else.

How is this different from an AI automation agency?

An AI automation agency usually sells one platform or a bundle of bots. We start from your bottleneck and the software you already use. Sometimes the answer is a custom build. Sometimes it is a setting you already have.

How much does AI consulting cost?

It depends on what needs fixing. The first call costs nothing. Looking inside your systems is a paid step with a set price, and every build after that is quoted on its own. You hear the number on a call before any work starts.

How much time does this actually save?

It depends on the task. A report that took a morning every week goes to zero. Re-typing between two systems goes away entirely. We count the hours in the review before anything is built, so you know the number before you pay for a build.

Do you teach our team how to use AI?

Yes. The Team AI Session is half a day on your own tools, role by role, and your company keeps a one-page AI usage policy. We skip the generic ChatGPT tour, since OpenAI and Google run those for free. Our session is about your CRM, your inbox, and your week.

What does AI Upkeep cover?

Everything we built keeps working. We watch the connections, fix what breaks when a piece of software changes, and hold a monthly office hour where your team brings the next task. It is a flat monthly line, not hourly.

Do we have to replace the software we use now?

Usually not. Most of what we build connects the tools you already pay for. We only suggest replacing something when it is the bottleneck.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Builds run on your accounts with your logins, and the code is yours to keep.

Is our data safe?

We work inside your accounts and ask for the least access a build needs. Anything that touches email or customer records gets scoped with whoever runs your IT before we connect to it.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Companies where a team repeats the same work across several tools: contractors and home service companies, manufacturers, clinics, and online stores. If people on your team spend hours a week moving information by hand, it fits.

Do you only work with Minneapolis businesses?

No. We are based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and work with companies in the Twin Cities and in other states. The work happens inside your software, so it does not depend on where you are.

It does not have to come with marketing.

You can hire us for this alone. Or add it to the marketing we run for you, where the same connections feed your ad tracking and your reports.

Got a task your team is tired of doing by hand?

Book a call and walk us through it. We will tell you whether a tool can do it, and how many hours a week that gives back.
