Baseline

Included
You know it needs to happen. It is also the thing that slides every week, because a customer needed something or a job ran long. So the site is three years old and nobody has looked at what any of it made.
There is a marketing manager, and there is a lot of marketing. They are not behind, they are outnumbered, and they get asked for numbers they cannot produce alone.
Marketing in the Flathead Valley
Kalispell is the commercial center of the Flathead Valley: the US 93 retail corridor, Logan Health, and the year-round customer base the rest of the valley leans on. Whitefish runs on the resort economy, Columbia Falls sits at Glacier's doorstep, and Bigfork has the lake and the arts crowd. Four towns, one market, and most businesses here serve some mix of all of them.
Then there is the park. Around three million visitors come through Glacier National Park each year, and almost all of them arrive in the same short window. For lodging, outfitters, restaurants, and the trades that serve them, the year is mostly earned between Memorial Day and the end of September. Winter belongs to Whitefish Mountain. A marketing plan that ignores those two curves is just a flat retainer burning money in November.
So we plan around the curve instead. Peak months are for capturing demand: search ads on high-intent terms, a Google Business Profile that outranks the row of competitors, review velocity that keeps you at the top of the map results while travelers pick where to spend. Shoulder months are for the compounding work: SEO, content, the email list, and the site fixes that make next season start higher than the last one did.
One more thing about a valley like this: Google builds its results around where the searcher is standing. That means the people searching in Whitefish or Kalispell in July are not just locals. They are visitors deciding where to eat tonight, second-home owners lining up contractors, and business owners on vacation who finally have a quiet week to think about their own marketing. A destination market's search results get seen by wealthier eyes than the population number suggests, and the businesses that show up there win customers the census never counted.
We run all of this from Minneapolis, and the distance costs you nothing because the work is measurable. Tracking gets wired up before a dollar gets spent, every lead and sale shows up in your live dashboard, and you can check any morning whether we earned the month. That is a higher bar than a coffee meeting, and we prefer it.
Why Snack Club for the Flathead Valley
GA4, Meta CAPI, server-side events, and call tracking wired up before a single dollar gets spent. You see what the ad earned, not what it touched.
No SDR funnel. No account-strategist relay. The same person sees your dashboard at 6am and writes you back when you ping the chat.
Capture demand when the valley is full, build rankings and reviews when it empties. Your spend follows your season instead of a flat line.
Simple services agreement, no 12-month lock-in. If we are not earning the retainer, leave with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn it every month than hold you to a year.
The Work
Lotus United designs and builds retail environments for some of the best brands in the world. When we started, their site pulled 16 organic clicks in a month. We run their SEO, paid search, and conversion testing, and every deal it produces gets tracked in their own CRM.
Those seven steps are what we run. This is the order it happens in once you're a client. Timelines flex based on where you're starting.

Joe at Snack Club Marketing was originally referred to me by a local agency because I was looking for training. So glad he was.
Not ready for a retainer?

See what's in itYes. We are based in Minneapolis, and most of our work happens on Zoom and inside your Live Report dashboard either way, even with clients twenty minutes from our office. Distance changes almost nothing about how the engagement runs.
Hire whoever can show you the work. We wire up tracking before a dollar gets spent, tie every dollar to a tracked lead or sale, and give you a live dashboard you can check any morning. Pick the team that proves it, wherever they sit.
Marketing budget should be sized to ad spend, scope, and which tools you bundle in. We quote after a strategy call so the number maps to your business and your season, not a one-size template.
The plan should follow your curve. Peak months go to capturing demand: ads, the local pack, review velocity. Shoulder months go to the compounding work: SEO, content, your email list, site fixes. The budget can flex the same way, and that is how we build it.
No. Every engagement is month-to-month with 30 days notice. If we are not earning the retainer, you can leave. We'd rather earn it every month than hold you to a year.
